Exercises you can safely perform with clearance during each trimester and how to modify. What to watch for during exercise regarding your body. Most effective practices to achieve goals and customize for any deficits or pain present.

Education to protect pelvic floor and core to prevent postpartum complications. Perineal and hip stretching to prepare your body for birth. Become empowered in birth positions that are available to you.

Postpartum PDF Program

 

12 week customized plan to take you from where you are postpartum to return to activity. 60 minute consultation with weekly 45 minute check ins and progressions of plan/exercises to get you to your goals.

Limit the use of Dr. Google and educate on healing commonalities. Education on the weeks immediately post, management of C-section scars, perineal injuries, prolapse, diastasis recti, bladder/bowel health, baby wearing, posture, breathing, alignment, what you can do before the 6 week check up to jumpstart recovery and then beyond!

Return to Activity
